Described in Nieto Taberné (1994) and (2001): baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the basin is ornamented with deep ribbed pattern on the sides, and a roll moulding at the upper rim. Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Cuenca (2009) with date probably ijn the 13th century. The Enciclopedia... (ibid.) refers to Nieto Taberné’s comparison to the fonts at Arandilla del Arroyo, Bonilla, Hontecillas and Pajaroncillo, probably in reference to the ribbed pattern and upper rim moulding.
