Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V**: 439) as a medieval baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin ornamented with ribbed pattern and a quadrangular base with stylised human figures. On-site notes: this must definitely be a composite font: a large and rather irregular ribbed basin has been raised upon a square block; the basin has had a metal ring added to the upper rim for reinforcement. The square base, which probably had a previous life elsewhere and has a most curious ornamentation, being covered with a number of rough faces and other motifs (a Tau cross) carved on it which give it a very abstract look not totally devoid of appeal.
