On-site notes: slender elegant font in several shades of brown alabaster; the ring under the ribbed basin is a dark alabaster compared to other colours selected for the basin and the pedestal; the square lower base is also of a very dark hue (black?). It has a heavy walnut lid with a large acorn finial
