Described in Buron (1980: 192); described and illustrated in Catalunya romànica (1984- , vol. IV: 397-398): Romanesque baptismal font probably of the late 12th century made of limestone; the large basin is roughly cylindrical, slightly narrower at the bottom and chamfered; the upper side is decorated with a broad moulding followed down by a thin one; the sides are covered by what appears to be a blind arcade of round double-arches; some of the spandrels of the arcade are inhabited by motifs [angel heads, folral/foliage, etc.] This same source (ibid.) makes reference to an earlier source [cf. Author notes below] which identified, in the more damaged area of the side, scenes of Adam and Eve; these scenes, no longer visible now, may have been erased because the figures were naked. The base is very short, round.
