Described in Buron (1980: 185). Described and illustrated in Catalunya romànica (1984- , vol. IV: 372): monolithic baptismal font probably of the second half of the 12th century; the vat-shaped object is almost cylindrical, the lower ned only slightly narower than the upper; the upper basin side is ornamented with a moulding; towards the lower side of the basin, just a few inches from the bottom, runs a rope moulding all around; stemming from the upper moulding are [L-->R]: an oval motif; a cross motif laid out horizontally; a Latin cross; a pair of human hands; all of them vey worn and in a crude workmanship. The font has a flat wooden cover as well as an open-cage-like wooden structure on it.
