Font Notes:
Described in Buron (1980: 344) as a large baptismal font of the Romanesque period. Described and illustrated in Catalunya romànica (1984- , vol. XVIII: 80, 400-401): granite cauldron-shaped font of large proportions; the font is ornamented with a roll moulding in the upper rim and two bands of round arches in low relief on the sides; it rest directly on the ground. This same source (ibid.) informs that it was installed in the outer porch of this church ca. 1923; it is not known where the font stood originally. The illustration in this source shows the basin serving as plant vase, with a fern in it.
