Font Notes:
Chalice-shaped font has carvings on both basin and base. The visible part of the basin appears to have a large manticore, or similar fabulous beast, occupying almost half of the bowl, showing also some garland-like motif above its hind quarters. The base is also covered in carvings, some vegetal, others cannot be discerned from the source used (description based on Hartling, 1964, ill. between pp. 24-25)
