Described in Bilbao (1996) and in García Guinea (1998): baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the basin is adorned with five large arches together with other smaller ones; the base has torus-scotia decoration. Noted in Martín Jiménez (2008) and in JMRM, Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla y León. Palencia, vol. I: 382. The font is similar in shape to the one in nearby Pomar de Valdivia, the latter without any decoration on the sides; this bucket-shape occurs often in the medieval fonts of the Palencia region.
