Described in Bilbao (1996); described and illustrated in García Guinea (1998): baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the basin sides have nine arches, four of which house a scene now badly mutilated and difficult to identify; two male figures, one has the hands crossed at the chest, the other holds a book, are still distinguishible; Bilbao (ibid.) suggests this is a scene of adult baptism, similar to the one depicted on the font of Itero Seco, also in Palencia province. Listed in Sancho Campo (2002). Noted and illustrated in Martín Jiménez (2008).
