Metal baptismal font probably of the 13th century. A photograph supplied by Colin S. Drake shows a quasi-cylindrical metal (lead?) font; the sides are divided in vertical sections (8?) and each one contains what appears to be a sea-horse. Drake reads it as "repeated design of sea-horses [?] facing alternate ways [letter from Drake to BAPTISTERIA SACRA, 26 August 1998]. The font is now mounted on a stone base.
