Font Notes:
On-site notes: large, unmounted bucket-shape Romanesque font with a broad band of interlace ornamentation below the rim; the sides have a representation of Daniel in the lions' pit, similar to a scene on the east side of capital no. 4 in the cloister, and of another inside the curch (Karlsson, 1989: 96 and text on p. 94) and Guerra (1986 c1978: 86 fn54). Garcia Guinea (1996: 60, 139) suggests that the font may have been done by Pedro Quintana, from Yermo, who worked on the church in 1202.
