Listed in Cox & Harvey (1907) as a baptismal font of the Perpendicular period. Noted in Pevsner, Harris and Antram (1989): "Font. Octagonal, Perp[endicular], re-cut. Flowers in cusped fields." The entry for this church in Histotic England [Listing NGR: TF0211646448] reports: "Parish church. C12, C13, C14, C15, Chancel rebuilt by S.S. Teulon in 1853 [...] Recut C15 panelled ashlar octagonal font with fleurons to the sides and quatrefoils to the base."
