Murray's Handbook for travellers […] (1865) describes "a small chapel on the sandy shore of Padstow harbour, called St. Michael or the Rock Church; it is in most features like St. Enodoc Ch[urch], but without tower and spire. The font is almost exactly the same". A Norman font is listed in Cox & Harvey (1907: 193) in "St. Michael", Cornwall. The entry for this medieval chapel in British Listed Buildings [https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1006664] [accessed 10 February 2020] mentions no font in it.
