Described in Walker as one of several fonts part of a private "collection" kept at Friars Carse ca. 1792. This one is described as an "octagon bowl of white freestone [...] perfectly plain." (Walker, 1887, p. 386). Engraving in Archaeology (vol. XI, pl. IX)
