Described and illustrated in Walker (1887): "This is the only seven-sided bowl I have seen or heard of in Scotland." The inside well is round and it has a central drain. In ca. 1887 it was partly buried in the churchyard of Killin. The basin is just under a foot in height. There is no base left. Noted in Rees (2003): "The modern parish church houses a seven-sided Celtic font, carved from a huge boulder." [NB: are Rees and Wlaker writing about the same object? Walker's ]
