Enlart (1902: 777n1) lists this as a Tournai font mounted on a 5-column base. Bond (1908: 205) lists also as a Tournai font, but he used Enlart as source. [NB: we are unable to locate the toponym EVAIN in Pas de Calais, or anywhere else in France; it may refer to one of the "Evian" localities -- unable to resolve at this point].
