A news reporting the continued closing of the museum in [https://www.abc.es/toledo/20150622/abcp-tristeza-taller-moro-20150622.html] [accessed 11 April 2023] informs of a baptismal font in it, in which a famous playwrite is believed to have been baptised: "pila bautismal de la cercana iglesia de El Salvador (en la que supongo que bautizarían al dramaturgo toledano Francisco Rojas Zorrilla)". Noted and illustrated in ECRA [https://cultura.castillalamancha.es/sites/default/files/2020-02/informe-final-pila-bautismal.pdf] [accessed 11 April 2023] with claims that it was the font in which Queen Juana la Loca was baptised in 1479. Foliage adorns the sides with heraldic shields, some of which display green floriated crosses. Leaves of the acathus, grapevine and thistle, glazed in gree on a white background, follow in alternating panels around the bowl of the font. It is an octagonal bowl; it bears an inscription with the 'Ave Maria'.
