Described in Bilbao (1996) and in Valle Barreda (2009). The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed 6 April 2023] notes: "La pila es románica, muy deteriorada, con arcos incisos y base escalonada". Baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the round tapering basin is decorated with a set of twelve round double arches, not a proper arcade; it rests on a two-step plinth via a short stem. The basin is much damaged, missing a large piece of stone where it split off at the metal staples of the old cover. There are two holy-water stoups inside the church; perhaps late-medieval?
