Scene Description: the Gothic retable hanging on the right [north] wall is a copy of the original, which was removed by the Arzobispado de Burgos for restoration, and then was located in the Museo del Retablo (Iglesia de San Esteban), Burgos; it was later moved to the parish church of San Martín de Porres, Burgos; the move appears to have been a controversial one, as noted in the Spanish press at the time [www.elmundo.es/elmundo/2011/09/22/castillayleon/1316679907.html] [accessed 28 December 2020].
