Described in Bilbao (1996: 289) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period.. The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed 30 March 2023] notes: "San Andrés, Apóstol, e el titular de su iglesia, de planta gótica con añadidos renacentistas […] La pila es de copa lisa y se encuentra deteriorada." Stone baptismal font; the large basin has ribbed pattern ornamentation that extends its ribs up to the rim; plain round base.
