Described in Bilbao (1996). Noted in Valle Barreda (2009). Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del Románico en Castilla y León. The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed November 2022] notes: "La pila es románica". Baptismal font of the late-Romanesque period; the basin is ornamented with ribbed pattern; no base or plinth present [NB: the plinth(?) may still be in its original position beneath the west gallery, where the font was earlier]. No cover present.
