Described in Bilbao (1996: 286 et al.) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the rectangular basin has a Latin cross on each side; the underbowl tapers slightly; the base is of a later date. No entry found for this locality in the Enciclopedia del románico [www.romanicodigital.com]. No font cover present now but there is evidence of metal staples from old anchorings in the upper rim. [NB: there may have been a drain hole in the basin but, if there was one, it is now covered]
