Described in Bilbao (1996) as an unmounted baptismal font of the Romanesque period, originally from the old parish church (now disappeared); the basin has a band of four-point star motif on the upper part; no base or plinth. The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed 16 March 2023] mentions the modern church "dedicada a Santa Juliana" but not the font in it.
