Described in Bilbao (1996). Described and illustrated in Valle Barreda (2009) as a typical example of the fonts of the area.
Baptismal font of the Romanesque period; hemispherical basin decorated with fruit-bearing vine, rope moulding and beaded-tape motif on the sides; the underbowl has ribbed pattern all around; short torsade stem; round-to-square lower base with spurs at the angles. Metal staples from the old cover still remain at opposite ends of the rim.
