The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed March 2023] notes: "la pila bautismal es gótica, en hexágono [cf. infra], con decoración". Described in Bilbao (1996: 272) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the octagonal bowl has the following motifs: Greek cross; chalice; Greek cross; two crossed keys; a man wearing a cap raises his right hand in bennediction; a Sun with a human face; St. Andrew's cross; fleur-de-lys; the lower base is also octagonal. The news of the reopening of the church in October 2022 after three decades closed, notes the blessing of the Gothic font in it, but does not illustrate it [https://www.archiburgos.es/2022/10/13/barrios-de-colina-recupera-su-iglesia/] [accessed 9 March 2023].
