Church Notes: 12thC church; modified 13thC; modified 16thC; belfry added 1973
Described and illustrated in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990-?, v. II**: 358-359) and in Domeño (1992:75, 150 and ill. 89 and 90): base of a medieval baptismal font, from the early 13th century; the ribbed basin was added later, in the 16th century; the cylindrical column base is ornamented with eight popular and expressive heads at the upper part; the square lower base has ball motif ornamentation and is recessed in the new floor; the later basin is hemispherical and ornamented with ribbed pattern. A plain flat wooden cover is present in the 1943 source, not in the 1992 one. No entry found for Ganuza in the Enciclopedia del romanico.
