Described and illustrated in García Guinea (1979: 292) and (1996: [59]): Romanesque baptismal font; the roughly hemispheric basin is decorated with a large potent cross on the basin side; otherwise plain; mounted on a short round pedestal, also plain. The entry for this site in the Enciclopedia de romanico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/cantabria_SERVILLAS.pdf] [accessed 28 February 2023] notes: "Tan sólo la pila bautismal pudiera darse como único testimonio de su antigüedad, pues, por comparación con otras semejantes, pudiera ser fechada en el siglo XIII. Tiene forma cónica, de gran copa, colocada sobre tambor cilíndrico de poca altura. La embocadura lleva un estrecho bocel, aplanado en el borde que, hacia el interior, se rebaja para el encaje de la cubierta de madera. De decoración, en toda la cuba, graba una cruz de brazos iguales, patada y excisa. Sus medidas son: 102 cm de diámetro por 94 de altura."
