Late-gothic Mosan/Namur limestone baptismal font made of Mosan limestone in 1471. The entry for this church in the St. Antonius in Kevelaer parish web site [https://www.antonius-kevelaer.de/kirchen/st-quirinus-kirche-twisteden] [accessed 26 February 2023] as a baptismal font of the time of this church, 1471: "Im Jahre 1471 wurde in Twisteden die Alte Kirche und am 11. The font consists of a round basin with four protruding human heads set at 90-degree angles, as is customary in this type of font, a double moulding all around the besin just below the upper rim; short plain cylindrical stem; round to square lower base with decorative motifs [perhaps a date on it?]. Dome cover of metal decorated with a scalloped pattern; has Latin inscription around the lower part; appears modern.
