Noted in Svanberg (1995). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900924F1] as a baptismal font made of sandstone in the last quarter of the 12th century by Sigraf; its basin has been badly damaged and eroded to the extent that ite details of the carving have been obliterated; the round-to-square pedestal base is in better condition. On-site notes: the font's bowl is badly worn and half of the top is missing. It has a centre drain. It is impossible to tell what scenes were carved on it - but there certainly were several scenes with various figures. There were no columns on the pictorial program. The base is in good condition and was carved by the same artisan who did the Ekeby one on Gotland: it has four seated figures at each corner - it is a square base: the first is Father Abraham followed by (moving to the right from the left) a figure of a stag facing to the left the figure to the right is the Madonna and Child (not in her mantle), followed by a cleric; the last figure is St.Peter - from the side which shows the stag, the next image is a lion then a four legged animal and then the Lamb of God holding up the cross with one hoof. The font is made of sandstone and has a braided ring. No cover present.
