Described and illustrated in Tynell (1913-1921) as a baptismal font that gives the name to its group, 'Össjögruppen'; similar to the font at Mörarp; identifies some of the figures and gives a transcription of the inscription on the book held by Christ. Noted and illustrated in Rydbeck (1936) in her section on the 'Mörarpsgruppen' fonts. Noted and illustrated in Trotzig (1977) and (1989). Noted in Nordström (1984). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900514F3] as a 'Mörarpsgruppen' baptismal font made of sandstone in the 2nd half of the 12th century; identifies one of the figures with Christ in the Majestas Domini scene as Mary Magdalene, the other as Peter. On-site notes: font similar to the one at Munka-Ljungby, by the same workshop, only more finely carved; trapezoidal in shape; retains many details missing from the other font. No cover present. Brass baptismal dish of the 17th century.
