Scene Description: Mary lies on bed, facing the left, left hand on abdomen. Over and above, a rectangular cradle, with Jesus swaddled and facing the left. Above the child, are the ass and the ox. To the right above the Virgin Mary's head, a hand descends holding a censor. To the right of the Virgin Mary, sitting in profile, is a female figure on a Gotland chair. She rests her right hand on the headboard and holds a round object on her left knee.
