B03: New Testament - Childhood and youth of Christ - three Wise Men - adoration of the kings - Madonna and Child
Scene Description: The scene takes place over two arches - the Adoration of the Magi. In the first arch, to the right, the Madonna and Child, enthroned on Gotland throne, Mary haloed, full frontal, the right hand is visible and holding the child by the legs, The baby is in profile, haloed, his right hand points toward the magi. The figure to the left is the first magi, crowned, in profile, long robes, and is holding up something on a draped cloth over his hands. IN THE SECOND ARCH TO THE LEFT contains two magi, crowned, dressed similarily, these two hold their mantels with their left handsl. The figure to the right holds the gift on a cloth draped over his hands. - the other figure has no cloth draped over his hands.

B07: New Testament - Childhood and youth of Christ - Nativity
Scene Description: Nativity. In the forefront, a bed, with Mary lying - head to the left- the right hand is resting on her lap, the left appears to be holding her head. She is haloed, and design of bed is intricate. Behind Mary is Joseph - not haloed, and the hand is touching the baby or pointing to the manger. Above the bed of the Virgin, the manger (child on it with head to the left, swaddled) the bottom of the cradle is made of 5 arches and 6 columns. Above the baby the ox (left) and ass (right). To the left of the ox and above the figure behind the Virgin, the star. Mary's cuff is very long.

Scene Description: two of them, of feline appearance, visible here; there is a continuity in the prey held in the mouths of the beasts: it appears to start with the braid of the human head, then becoming a snake interlace, then a bird of some sort, through the mouth of the head in the centre, and on into a reptile towards the head in the right, where it appears to be a quadruped

Scene Description: the motif on the side of thew base, between the heads, is a very complex one; as ssen here, the braid of the human figure on the left becomes an interlace which resembles the body of a snake, which in turn becomes a bird (?) caught in the mouth of the beast on the right, possibly a lion
